Buyer Agrees:
1. To have dog/puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase or delivery to validate guarantee.  Seller must be informed immediately of any negative findings detected during examination.  Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
2. To provide routine preventative care, such as, but not limited to annual physical examination by a licensed veterinarian and following veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and removal of parasites.
3. The value of this dog/puppy for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price of the dog/puppy and does not include any additional costs declared by the Buyer, such as value of show dog or shipping fees. 
4. If for any reason litigation should occur, litigation shall be held in Bardstown, KY (Nelson County, KY).  Breeder will not be responsible for any costs associated with this process.

Details of Health Guarantee:
*This dog/puppy is guaranteed for 12 months against fatal and life-altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal causing death or making necessary euthanasia.
*This guarantee is for a one-time replacement. This guarantee is nontransferable. Seller does not provide refunds.
*A dog/puppy determined by a licensed veterinarian to have a serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced with a dog/puppy of equivalent value as determined by Seller and agreed upon by both parties. The original dog/puppy must be returned to the Seller in the same mental and physical condition as when dog/puppy was delivered or shipped.
*Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs on both the original and the replacement dog/puppy.
*Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.  Buyer is aware that owning a dog/puppy means trips to a veterinarian and understands that Buyer is responsible for all medical expenses. 
*As of the date of delivery, the dog/puppy has received proper vaccinations and deworming medications. The Buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and dewormings due.  Schedules vary by region and the Buyer is responsible for contacting his/her preferred veterinarian to obtain that schedule or recommendation.
*Seller is not responsible for any bacterial or viral disease or infection contracted by dog/puppy during shipment to Buyer or after delivery to Buyer.  All reasonable precautions have been taken prior to shipping by Seller by providing proper vaccinations.

Breeder/Seller Agrees:
1. That Buyer is purchasing a purebred dog/puppy able to be registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC).
2. Breeder guarantees the dog/puppy has had proper care to date and has had a health check by a licensed veterinarian.  All age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming medications have been given.  Medical records detailing care will be furnished at the time of purchase.  If dog/puppy is being shipped, health records will be with dog/puppy.
3.Breeder guarantees dog/puppy against any congenital defects(s) causing death or making necessary euthanasia until one year of age.
4. Breeder does not guarantee color, size, temperament or show ability of any dog/puppy.
5. If at any time, Buyer is unable to keep said pet, please advise Seller. Seller will either provide or find a permanent home for your Cavalier. (This will be done at no cost to Blue Sky Cavaliers. Buyer must provide shipping and/or transportation.)

*Your puppy was started on Chicken Soup for the Pupper Lover's Soul Puppy Food.  Blue Sky Cavaliers considers Chicken Soup to be a superior dog food formula. Chicken Soup contains no by-products or artificial preservatives. We strongly recommend that you the Buyer continue to feed your Cavalier Chicken Soup Puppy to one year of age.  You may gradually change over to Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul Adult Dog Food after one year of age.
