Blue Sky Cavalier King Charles Spaniels is a small kennel located in Central Kentucky.  All aspects of dog care (with the exception of veterinary care) are provided by our immediate family.  Our family of five consists of myself (Shonnie), my husband Frankie and our children Houston, Eryn and Eli.  Our children have been raised with various types of animals and the children are instrumental in providing gentle, loving care and socialization for our puppies.  I became a stay-at-home mother for the children.  Now the children are all in school and I stay home for puppies.
   All of our puppies are born in our home and raised under our feet.  We treat all of our puppies like they are ours for keeps.  I feel that our puppies are very well socialized, outgoing and adjusted to everyday normal household activities and noises.  Both customers and my veterinarians have told me that our puppies have the absolute best personalities.
   The health of our puppies is, of course, our greatest concern.  All of our puppies have their dewclaws removed  at 4-5 days old.  They are started on a deworming schedule that begins at 3 weeks of age and continues on 2-week intervals until they are delivered to their new homes.  We vaccinate our puppies at 6,9,12 and 15 weeks using only premium vaccines.  We provide a one-year health guarantee.  Details of this guarantee can be viewed on the page "Our Contract".  We have taken years and traveled many miles to acquire our Cavaliers.  Each and every dog has been handpicked by me to be the perfect companion.  In that, just as you, we want our Cavaliers to live long healthy lives.  We make every effort to produce only healthy Cavaliers, but offer this health guarantee should there be an unforeseen problem.
